I will help make your weaknesses become strengths with one-on-one attention. Every dancer is built differently and has different strengths and weaknesses. I take everything to the next level.

Foot & Ankle Strength and Range of Motion course:

After years of teaching pre-pointe, attending several foot courses, and being the wife of a podiatrist, I've put together a comprehensive course to help get your feet and ankles strong and ready for pointe work.

The Holistic Dancer Program

Let me take you for 12 weeks and figure out your body build and guide you through exercises that are safe and most effective for YOU. I find out when where you lack strength and build it with you. I put together a SAFE stretching regime to release flexibility and make sure you have a strong foundation for ballet both physically and educationally. This includes a weekly zoom meeting & everything else is recorded and posted for you in the portal. It's easily accessible from my app which gives you lifetime access including any updates and additional trainings that get added after you graduate from the program.
